The Paris Atlas · Beyond the booking

History & cultural connections

A rue de Berri hotel reimagined around romantic Paris

The property formerly known as Champs-Élysées Plaza now operates as Hôtel Elysia.[1]

Its present identity centers on a Haussmann-style residence on rue de Berri. The hotel uses that architectural setting to frame its interpretation of romantic Paris: intimate public rooms, curved forms and decorative detail carry the theme beyond the building’s façade.[2]

Architect Oscar Lucien Ono designed the 39 rooms and suites as Parisian-style apartments. The room range preserves a residential emphasis, from smaller doubles to the balcony-equipped Signature Suite, with separate categories offering substantially different amounts of space.[3]

The wellness area represents another stage in the hotel’s design. Studio MHNA reworked the space around the same romantic theme, adding a private energizing bath and a sequence of sauna, hammam and sensory shower. The current hotel pairs this retreat with Le Bayadère and in-room services.[4][2]
