Hôtel Norman stands on rue Balzac, just off the Champs-Élysées. Its 37 rooms and suites use wood, wool, leather and abstract art to create a residential setting. The Arc de Triomphe and the shops around avenue George V are convenient reasons to choose this part of Paris.
The smallest rooms measure 20–24 m², while the Deluxe category offers 31 m². Several suites have balconies; the Terrace Suite adds a private rooftop terrace, and the two-bedroom Sky Suite accommodates four. An Eiffel Tower view is limited to some balconies, so request a specific view rather than assuming it comes with every suite.
The Omnisens spa includes a plunge pool and sauna, with treatments available by reservation. The hotel also offers a restaurant and bar, concierge service, valet parking and a private garage. Connecting rooms are available for travelers who need separate sleeping spaces.

History & cultural connections
From Hôtel de Vigny to a tribute to Norman Ives
The address at 9 rue Balzac previously operated as Hôtel de Vigny. Its conversion to Norman introduced a different identity: a small contemporary hotel looking to the visual culture of the 1960s. The older name remains useful when checking historic references, but refers to the same property.[1]
Architect and interior designer Thomas Vidalenc conceived the hotel as a tribute to Norman Ives, the American artist and graphic designer associated with modernism. The reference is a design inspiration: abstract compositions and carefully chosen furniture give the rooms their character.[2]
The interiors combine hardwood floors, wool curtains, rosewood, leather and abstract paintings. Rooms are arranged with the feel of individual Paris apartments, and the public rooms evoke a collector’s residence. The 37-key scale supports that intimate approach.[3]
